Who we are

Andes Path is a 15-person Chilean-US engineering studio based in Santiago. We work with frontier U.S. startups and Fortune 500 innovation teams on technically gnarly problems, robotics, AI, simulation, and infrastructure. We’re not an outsourcing shop. We work like embedded engineering pods: small, sharp teams that sit inside our clients’ workflows, joining their stand-ups, coding alongside them, and owning outcomes end to end. We believe good engineering isn’t magic, it’s craft, clarity, and speed. Most software teams overcomplicate things and move too slowly. At Andes Path, we build fast and build well because we know that with the right design and mindset, there’s no trade-off between quality and velocity.

Our culture

We’re a team of software professionals who care about the craft, stay low

ego, and push each other to improve. A few things we believe in:

Low ego, High Output

Everyone codes. Everyone debates design. Everyone levels each other up. We don’t have managers who only manage. We don’t believe in walls between “designers ” and “engineers.” We don’t buy into the idea of “non-technical people. ” If you’re curious and receptive, you can learn depth. Anything can be taught.

In-Person, On Purpose

We’re in the Santiago office three days a week because collaboration matters, whiteboards, design debates, debugging together. That said, we’re flexible. We trust people to manage their time. It’s about building great systems, not counting chairs.

Always Learning

Many teammates pursue nighttime master’s programs and continuing education. We love software, care about craft and want to build products that matter
